Become a part of the Energy Team, ensuring the Jamboree site stays powered and secure. As an Energy Team Member, you’ll contribute to maintaining safe and efficient power systems while supporting teams across the site to keep everything running smoothly.
You’ll work on-site, assisting with energy operations, including inspecting electrical systems, managing power distribution, and responding to maintenance requests. Your role will involve ensuring emergency systems and backup power are ready, while helping integrate sustainable solutions like solar and hybrid power systems.
Your efforts will keep critical operations functioning without disruption, directly contributing to the success of the event. By supporting safe energy practices and maintaining a reliable power infrastructure, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering a safe, enjoyable Jamboree experience for all participants.
Understanding of electrical systems and power infrastructure
Familiarity with temporary power systems used in events, construction sites, or field operations
Ability to assist with inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems
Awareness of safe working practices in an electrical environment
Ability to work as part of a technical team
Practical experience in electrical, energy, or power-related work is strongly desired
Very good English communication skills are required
