Become a part of the team ensuring a smooth and welcoming journey for Day Visitors traveling between the Check-in Centre and the Jamboree site. As a Day Visitors Shuttle Bus Team Member, you will help manage the boarding process and accompany visitors during their transport, creating a safe, organised, and positive experience from the very beginning of their visit.
In this role, you will support orderly boarding procedures, provide clear announcements about the route and schedule, and explain the basic rules of the Day Visitor programme. Working closely with the Transport and Safety teams, you will help maintain a steady visitor flow while ensuring that passengers feel informed, comfortable, and well supported during their journey.
Your friendly presence and clear communication will help shape the first impression many visitors have of the Jamboree. By creating an atmosphere of enthusiasm and hospitality, you will help welcome thousands of guests each day and introduce them to the spirit of Scouting.

Previous customer service experience, prior WSJ or large-event experience, multilingual ability, comfort in explaining rules and processes to diverse groups will be the assets
English (minimum B2) is mandatory
Additional languages are highly valued, especially: Polish, Spanish, French and Arabic
