Become a part of the CMT Support Team, helping create a professional, efficient, and welcoming environment for Contingent Management Teams throughout the Jamboree. In this customer-facing role, you’ll provide direct assistance to contingents, offering clear communication, diplomatic support, and culturally aware interaction as you help them navigate daily needs and challenges.
Your responsibilities will include supporting change-management processes, solving administrative or logistical issues, and assisting with communication tasks. You’ll help facilitate Heads of Contingent meetings and ensure the organisation and smooth running of the CMT relaxation area and meeting rooms. Depending on operational needs, you may also contribute to additional tasks that enhance the overall experience for contingents.

A solid understanding of intercultural dynamics and sensitivity to diverse perspectives is essential
Strong IT capabilities, including experience with spreadsheet tools, word processing, and professional email communication (Microsoft SharePoint, Slack, Excel, and Word)
Previous WSJ experience will be considered an advantage
Business-level proficiency in English
Additionally, proficiency in Arabic, Spanish, or French is desirable
Knowledge of any further languages will be viewed as a beneficial asset
