Become a part of the Check-in Centre leadership team, helping ensure smooth daily operations and a positive arrival experience for all participants. As a Check-in Centre Team Lead, you’ll oversee shift schedules, make real-time adjustments to the roster, and support team members throughout their duties. You’ll monitor queues, identify emerging issues, and notify Check-in Centre managers when extra attention or resources are required. When necessary, you may step in to cover for absent team members or provide temporary support to other functions within the Check-in Centre.
Most responsibilities take place indoors and involve moderate walking and standing, with occasional brief tasks outside.
Your leadership, adaptability, and attention to detail will help maintain an efficient, welcoming, and well-coordinated check-in environment for participants, IST, guests and day visitors.

Previous World Scout Jamboree experience or check-in process experience welcomed
