Become a part of the Community Service leadership, supporting and coordinating the volunteers who guide participants to off-site service projects. As a Team Leader, you’ll supervise a team of thirty Community Service Coordinators, helping prepare and deliver online and on-site training, ensuring each volunteer feels confident and ready for their responsibilities.
You’ll oversee daily operations within your sector, resolving volunteer-related issues, providing guidance, and stepping in to conduct coordination tasks when volunteer numbers are low. Working as the sole Team Leader in your sector, you’ll help maintain smooth communication with partners, ensure accurate participant flow, and support the overall organisation of community service activities throughout the Jamboree.
Your leadership will play a key role in creating meaningful and well-coordinated service experiences for both participants and community partners.
