Become a part of the programme leadership team as a Beach Module Sector Leader and help coordinate the smooth delivery of activities within your assigned programme sector during the Jamboree. In this role, you will oversee the work of Programme Guides and Quartermasters, ensuring that participants are well supported and that activities run efficiently throughout the day.
Your responsibilities include supporting the preparation and delivery of on-site training for volunteers, supervising and guiding team members in your sector, and assisting with the coordination of daily operations. You will help ensure that guides provide clear directions to participants and that quartermasters manage equipment and materials effectively.
As a Sector Leader, you will also address logistical challenges within your sector, working with programme teams and other departments to resolve issues quickly and maintain a smooth flow of activities. Sector Leaders will receive additional training online before the Jamboree and on site after arrival, preparing them for their coordination and leadership responsibilities.
