Become a part of the programme team as a Beach Module Guide and help deliver engaging health-focused activities during the Jamboree. In this role, you will conduct programme sessions designed to promote awareness of mental and physical wellbeing in an interactive and supportive environment.
Your responsibilities include preparing equipment and materials before each activity, guiding participants and their adult patrol leaders through the programme, and ensuring that the activity area is properly cleaned and reset afterwards. Activities follow a prepared script and manual provided by the organisers, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience for all participants.
Working with groups of approximately 40 participants (four patrols), you will help create a safe, engaging, and educational atmosphere. Activity Leaders will receive training both online before the Jamboree and on-site after arrival, in addition to the standard training required for all volunteers.
