Become a part of the Beach Module team, helping deliver meaningful and dynamic Programm activities focused on mental or physical health. As an Activity Leader, you’ll guide groups of up to 40 participants through structured sessions, using scripts and manuals provided by the organizers to ensure a smooth and engaging experience.
You’ll prepare equipment and materials before each activity, provide clear instructions to patrols and their leaders, and reset the area once the session is complete. Working within a large themed team and a smaller sub-team, you’ll help create an organized, supportive, and energetic learning environment. You’ll also receive online pre-event training and dedicated on-site training upon arrival.
Your role will bring the Beach Module to life, empowering participants to explore health-related topics through safe, fun, and interactive activities.
Strong stewardship and commitment to delivering an excellent programme experience for participants
Experience in leading workshops for teenagers
Experience or interest in mental or physical health education
Upper-intermediate spoken English
