In exactly 500 days, Wyspa Sobieszewska will transform into a vibrant, temporary home for 50,000 participants from over 170 countries. Hosting the world’s largest educational youth event is a monumental operational challenge, but it is also an extraordinary privilege. The Polish Scouting and Guiding Association (ZHP) is incredibly proud to lead this journey and showcase our world-renowned hospitality.

Reaching this 500-day mark is a perfect moment to acknowledge the dedication of our volunteers. Right now, our Jamboree Planning Team is working tirelessly behind the scenes. From designing the complex campsite layout and ensuring top-tier logistics to finalising an empowering educational programme, every department is putting in the hard work necessary to deliver a world-class, safe, and unforgettable experience.

We are leaving nothing to chance, combining corporate-level project management with the true spirit of the Scout Movement.
