During the Early Registration phase, 42 Member Organisations submitted applications through their Contingent Management Teams. These applications cover over 16,000 youth participants, nearly 5,000 International Service Team (IST) members, and around 600 members of Contingent Management Teams (CMTs). We are now carefully reviewing the registrations, and by 1 August 2025, we will provide contingents with confirmation to those who applied within the Early Registration period.

As this phase concludes, we now look toward the next step in the registration journey. Regular Registration will begin on 15 September 2025 and remain open until 1 November 2025. Contingent Management Teams will be able to access the registration form via the secured area of the HoC Base. We recommend ensuring access well in advance. More details on the registration process can be found in Circular #1.

Our team is also preparing to meet the international Scouting community at the upcoming Regional Scout Conferences. We will begin with the European Scout Conference in Vienna, Austria, from 19 to 23 July 2025. We’re looking forward to building these important connections in person.

We kindly remind all Contingent Management Teams that registration for the upcoming Head of Contingent Meeting #2 is open until 15 July 2025. Full instructions are included in Circular #2.
