On 13 June 2025 a site visit to the future grounds of the Jamboree has taken place, with the participation of Tomasz Szymański — Government Plenipotentiary for the Preparation of the 26th World Scout Jamboree 2027, Secretary of State at the Ministry of the Interior and Administration — and Beata Rutkiewicz, the Pomeranian Voivode. The visit focused on key milestones for organising this large-scale event, which will bring together 50,000 Scouts and Guides from around the world in Gdańsk in 2027.
The visit was a part of the planning meeting for the Jamboree, attended by over 200 volunteers from across the globe who make up the international team responsible for organising the 26th World Scout Jamboree.
During the three-day gathering in Gdańsk, the organising team works in international working groups to plan all key aspects of the Jamboree — from logistics, educational and intercultural programming, to safety, communications, and sustainability.
