Support Aquatic Activities at the Jamboree!

As part of the Programme of the 26th World Scout Jamboree in Poland, one of our flagship modules will include water and outdoor scoutcraft activities delivered on and around the waters near the campsite. To make this ambitious vision a reality, we are now launching a Call for Technical Experts to support the delivery of these experiences.

We are looking for skilled and certified individuals from across the European Scout Region and beyond, who would like to contribute their expertise to the Jamboree – either:

  • as a Technical Expert with certified qualifications (e.g., in sailing, bushcraft, rescue, boat maintenance), or
  • by lending pro bono a vessel (dinghy, yacht, kayak, etc.) to conduct programme activities on it
Experts:
  • Forest Module Specialist (campcraft, pioneering, woodcraft, bushcraft)
  • Seascout Certified Expert (skippers, bosuns etc.)
  • Village module (Polish scouts only)
  • City Module (Polish scouts only).

Experts selected through this call will not be part of National Contingents, but instead will become members of the Jamboree Delivery Team during the event, operating under the coordination and care of the Jamboree Organisation. In recognition of their contribution, Technical Experts will be exempt from the standard Jamboree participant fee. Instead, a symbolic fee of 300 PLN will be charged, which will be fully directed to the Jamboree Solidarity Operations, supporting participation of Scouts from underrepresented communities.

Please note: individuals selected to join the team will be required to obtain an endorsement from their National Scout Organization’s International Commissioner, as part of the final confirmation process.

If you are ready to support the Jamboree with your expertise or resources – or if you know someone who might be – please complete the form below to express interest. We look forward to building this adventure together in Gdańsk!

Applications are accepted via the form, until 30 August 2025.
