Department description:
The Venue Management Department is responsible for ensuring that all shared venues and key communal services across the Jamboree site are safe, well-equipped, and operationally effective. This includes managing common areas such as the Plaza, Food Houses, and Partner Venues, as well as overseeing essential shared services such as the Jamboree Post Office, Lost & Found, and Information Points.
The Shared Services Section will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing the operational concepts of the Jamboree’s shared services (Jamboree Post Office, Lost & Found, Information Points). This includes defining how each service will function, staffing models, infrastructure needed, participant experience design, and logistical coordination.
