Job title: Jamboree Regional Representative, Asia-Pacific Scout Region, Contingent Relations Department, Jamboree Planning Team

Department description:
The Contingent Relations Department (CRE) is responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with all national contingents, ensuring their needs are met and their experiences are positive and enriching. The Jamboree Representatives for the Regions (JRR) will be the primary point of contact for Heads of Contingents (HoCs) and their Contingent Management Teams (CMTs) in their region. Each region will have two JRRs. JRRs will report to the JRR lead and the Heads of Contingent Relations Department (HoD).
The JRR plays an important role in the Contingent Relations Department and the Jamboree Planning Team (JPT). The JRR’s main goal is to help the Contingents in their region be prepared for the Jamboree, and to help them with the wide range of specific needs they may have before, during, and after the event.
