Position: Coordinator, Governmental and Advisory Committees – Jamboree Planning Team

We are currently seeking an experienced and diplomatic individual to serve as the Coordinator of Governmental and Advisory Committees for our Jamboree Planning Team for the World Scout Jamboree 2027. This role is crucial for building and maintaining strong relationships between the Polish Scouting and Guiding Association (ZHP), the Government of Poland and private sector in Poland.
As the Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to create a cooperative structure between these entities, facilitating smooth operations of the Jamboree through regular information sharing and meetings. You will also be tasked with assisting each Operational Area’s coordinating activities, ensuring that they receive the necessary public services for the Jamboree from Government Authorities.
This volunteer role is a unique opportunity to leverage your relationship-building and coordination skills to contribute to the success of the World Scout Jamboree 2027.
