Job title: Co-Lead of Tents and Cabins, Jamboree Site Department.
Nature of engagement: Volunteer contract
Duration: From March 2024 until the end of the project in December 2027 or earlier, depending on volunteer availability, but no less than April 2025.

The Jamboree Site Department is tasked with the spatial planning of the World Scout Jamboree site on Wyspa Sobieszewska in Gdansk.
The Jamboree Site Department will coordinate the preparation of the site plan, in collaboration with the Jamboree architect and industry specialists, and will agree on a plan for the built, run and decommissioning phases of the Jamboree Site. The Jamboree Site will be prepared in accordance with WOSM guidelines and consider solutions related to the Jamboree Organization’s environmental obligations. Water, Power, Network, Waste, Warehouse, Tents and Site Layout are the focus areas for the Jamboree Site Department.
The Tents and Cabins Unit will be responsible for checking the demands of departments and contingents for their spatial development. As well as for closely related equipment like chairs, benches, tables, flooring, containers etc.
