What you should expect

The HMS Co-Lead Hub Clinics is responsible for co-creating, organizing, and supervising the field Advanced Care Clinics within the HMS structure. This role supports the establishment and operational readiness of medical hubs providing advanced outpatient and emergency care. The Co-Lead works closely with the Medical Coordination Center and Clinical Leads to ensure that each clinic is properly equipped, staffed, and capable of delivering safe and effective medical services in a field environment.
Their work includes developing the layout and infrastructure of field clinics, defining operational workflows, planning medical equipment and supply needs, and supporting clinical decision pathways for teams working in the hub. The role requires a strong understanding of field medical operations, excellent teamwork skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple elements simultaneously.

Applicant Profile

  • Medical qualification: physician, nurse, or paramedic.
  • Professional experience in field medical operations such as mobile clinics, field hospitals, advanced aid posts, or similar field-based care settings.
  • Ability to co-develop clinical hubs, including planning of equipment, team composition, scope of procedures, and daily operational flow.
  • Strong cooperation with the Medical Coordination Center and other HMS units to ensure consistent standards across all clinics.
  • Communicative command of English and Polish for effective coordination in a mixed international/local environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, situational awareness, and ability to manage clinical and logistical priorities simultaneously.
  • High sense of responsibility, reliability, and readiness to support a high-intensity operational setting.
IMPORTANCE OF COLLABORATION AND SUPPORT
The Co-Lead Hub Clinics works in close partnership with the Hub Lead, clinical teams, logistics, and the wider HMS coordination structure. Effective collaboration ensures coherent patient management pathways, optimal use of resources, and consistent delivery of care across all clinic sites. This role is central to maintaining operational readiness, quality standards, and safety for both patients and medical staff.
