The early registration phase for the 26th World Scout Jamboree is officially underway! From 1 June to 1 July 2025, National Scout Organizations (NSOs) have the opportunity to secure their place at one of the most anticipated global Scouting events, set to take place 30 July – 8 August 2027 in Poland.

Secure Your Spot Early

Early registration is the first and essential step in the registration process. During this phase, each Contingent can submit their Contingent Allocation Form, indicating the planned number of:

  • Youth Participants (in patrols of 9 youth + 1 Adult Patrol Leader),

  • International Service Team (IST) members,

  • Contingent Management Team (CMT) members.

This preliminary submission ensures early access to the Jamboree and allows for proportional increases in IST and CMT numbers during later stages.

How to Register

All registrations are processed through a dedicated online platform, available via the secure HoC Base portal. Only registered Heads of Contingent (HoCs) may access the system and submit the allocation form, so make sure all preliminary formalities have been completed.

The form must also include billing details to allow for invoice generation. Please ensure all financial data is accurate and submitted on time to avoid delays.

Important Reminders

  • Deadline: Early registration closes on 1 July 2025.

  • Deposit: A 30% deposit of the regular participation fee is due by 1 September 2025.

  • Incomplete or late payments will result in cancellation of your contingent’s early registration. You may still register during the Regular Registration phase but with no guarantee of availability.

Don’t miss the chance to be among the first to confirm your participation in this once-in-a-lifetime adventure. Join thousands of Scouts from around the world and get ready for an unforgettable experience in the heart of Europe.
